Living Museum Community at Creativity as Mind Care Konferenz in Berlin

Die Bundesvereinigung für kulturelle Kinder- und Jugendbildung und das LKCA Niederlande veranstalteten im Dezember 2025 eine Konferenz zur Wirkung von kultureller Bildung auf Resilienz und Wohlbefinden.

The Living Museum Community—represented by the Living Museum Society, Isabelle Wachsmuth from the World Health Organization, Living Museum Junior, Living Museum Sofia, Living Museum Potsdam, and Living Museum Tbilisi—contributed to the conference with their experiences of art as a source of resilience.

Together, we demonstrated how open studios, creative freedom, and caring communities strengthen mental health, reduce stigma through positive identity change, and enable social participation – across age and national boundaries. Thank you to all participants for the inspiring exchange and your courage to transform society through art.

Thank you for the invitation to the Federal Association for Cultural Education for Children and Young People
